I also make Luxury Rich Brandy Soaked Fruit and Nut Cakes (ideally I would like a minimum of three months notice for these to allow them to mature fully).

For all of my cakes, I flavour not only the filling, but the sponge as well, using fresh ingredients and natural extracts for flavour. If there is a particular flavour or combination you would like that isn't included on my list, please just ask, as every cake is made to order and I am always happy to create a custom flavour for you.
Please note that not every cake flavour will be suitable for every cake design, however I would love to discuss your requirements and look forward to exceeding your expectations in every way.
Some of my recipes contain nuts, wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, sesame, alcohol and other allergens - please advise me of any allergies or food intolerances when ordering. In many cases I will be able to use appropriate substitute ingredients.
All of my cakes are truly homemade, and whilst every care is taken to avoid cross contamination of foodstuffs, please be aware that my kitchen is also used for preparation of non 'free from' foods, and I am therefore unable to guarantee that items prepared with 'free from' ingredients will never contain traces of any allergens including but not limited to nuts, gluten, wheat, soy, eggs, dairy and sesame.
